Jana’s Granola bars

Jana made healthy snack – GRANOLA BARS. Try how tasty they are. And not to mention healthy!

Ingredients for 12 bars:
• 250 grams of oat flakes
• ½ cup of almonds roughly chopped
• 50 grams of sunflower seeds
• 150 grams of honey
• 50 grams of butter cut into cubes
• ½ tea spoon of cinnamon
• ½ tea spoon of vanilla extract
• A pinch of salt
• 50 grams of raisins or cranberries
• 50 grams of dark chocolate roughly chopped
Preparation:
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the baking paper in the deep baking pan.
• Warm up almonds and seeds on a pan.
• In a separate pot , warm butter and honey and mix until the butter dissolves.
• Add the other ingredients except the chocolate and stir well.
• Add the chocolate after the mixture is cooled
• Pour softly into the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes
• Cool and slice up to pieces
With granola bars you can drink milk or yogurt.
