Ingredients: olive oil, red onion, carrot, young peas, tomato, pepper, salt, rice.
Sprinkle on red onion, add roasted carrots, peas, tomatoes. Add some water, season with salt and pepper and add rice. when the rice is cooked, dish is almost over.
