The favorite smoothie of yesterday’s workshop: improvised Red Smoothie for awakening! ๐๐๐๐๐
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 apples (we also added banana ๐
1 fresh beet (we only had frozen blueberries)
ยฝ cups of frozen raspberry
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (we only had flax seed and it’s nutritive very similar but cheaper)
honey if you want (we didn’t want to throw it ๐
Preparation:
Place the apple, beet and frozen raspberries in the mixer, mix and then add the chia seeds.
Add water (as desired).
Add honey (as desired).
