Happy orange smoothie

Students were really happy after making and tasting this happy orange smoothie! You should also try to be more happy:)

Happy orange smoothie recipe
Ingredients (1 person):
1 medium orange
1 carrot
1 medium apple
1 teaspoon of flax seed (or chia)
honey as desired

Preparation:
Place the peeled carrots, oranges and apples in the blender, mix and then add the flax seeds.
Add water or milk.
Add honey (if desired)
