A bread with a green spread and ham

And here are some recipes from yesterday’s workshop…

For a healthy school lunch box there is nothing healthier then to use a green spread for a sandwich. Try with your kid, it’s always more tasty when you let them to make their own food.

Green spread ingredients (4 to 6 people):
450 g of peas
150 g of fresh cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt, pepper and red pepper (as desired)
lemon juice (if desired)
Grate sauce in salt water. When cooked, rinse it under cold water.
Mix all the ingredients and mix with a blender until you get a smooth mixture.
Serve 2 tablespoons of spreads on a piece of bread with a slice of ham.
